I find that Bio X4 has become an integral part of my daily routine. I have been looking for a hand in aiding my hormonal imbalances and still hope that Bio X4 can be of aid. It has helped me maintain digestive regularity and maintenance of energy throughout the day. I am, however, still looking for a away to maintain consistency in hormonal balance, specifically with water retention.
