I have taken Q-10 before and was able to see a little difference. However, Princeton Nutrient's product is exceptional. I feel satisfied all day as in my thoughts and energy. I even feel stronger when I work out at the gym. I feel like I breath better as well. As in I'm not tired when going up three flights of stairs and I can't sit still at work, I have to get up from my desk and walk around for a little bit. I gave two bottles to my 75 year old mother and she is feeling great as well. She actually gets bored now and wants to do more things. She has more energy. It's just wonderful.
