I used Bio X4 for 2 months. I have many allergies so started off cautiously taking 1 per day and increased it gradually over 3 weeks to the suggested 3 per day in the 3rd week. I did not find any adverse reactions to cause worries for allergies. I started feeling less cravings and more energy by week 2. I have lost pounds and I would like to continue using it, however the price is high for my budget.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
