I am 70 years of age and I have been exercising regularly since my days in the military. I ran, lifted weights, yoga, martial arts, body-weight, calisthenics, machines, bicycle, you name it, I've done it, and I've always felt great. I rarely got a negative report from my doctor. Recently I had to stop most of my exercises because of ongoing problems with the structure of my feet resulting in multiple surgeries. I was required to keep my feet elevated with ice packs. My movements were limited to a few minutes each day.
I began taking VitaPulse shortly after surgery and have not lost one bit of my energy. I still feel great. Yes, I miss the exercise and will resume my routine as soon as my physician allows. However, to truly gauge the results, I think I'll probably have to refrain from VitaPulse for a least a month see if the energy level is real.
