I started on BIO X4 in May and almost immediately noticed a difference. I had suffered for years with bouts of sudden diarrhea or constipation, never knowing which or when this may hit. Since BIO X4 my system has completely calmed down and I have no fears of going out whenever I choose. This has changed my life and I would recommend BIO X4 to anyone with similar problems.
