At first I was skeptical as with most of these improve your health scenarios. The first month I didn't think there was much of a difference, at first. Then I noticed I was sleeping better and able to get through the day with more ease. Working full time and going to college at night as well as a lot of service with in my community keeps me very busy.
At the end of the second month, people started asking me what I was doing differently because I looked healthy and rested. And I have also lost weight, about 12 un-needed pounds!
I take it at the same time everyday with a bottle of water and I haven't really changed much else. But I look and feel better. I'm just starting my third month now and look forward to continuing to feel much better inside and outside!
