I tried it out and noticed more energy after a couple of weeks. I seem to be more alert and my thinking is clearer.
The energy last throughout the day and I am more inclined to do things instead of vegging out.
I provided a bottle for my brother to see if it will help him, but asked that he check with his Dr first as he is taking cholesterol meds.
I do not even though I have high cholesterol as the side affects were severe for me. I have been lowering it myself and succeeded although it's still high. I hope that I can get down to the 100s (any number starting with 100).
