    Overall Experience:

    I was trying to get my blood pressure down without medication. My doctor recommended reducing salt, eliminating caffeine, and increasing my exercise to half an hour a day. I also started taking 1 VitaPulse a day. All together it worked very well, and within a month. I was tested with a 24-hour self-inflating blood pressure monitor. My blood pressure is normal.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
