Usual delay but they said it was because they want to do a "quality job". When I got the order, some bras were too small and one was too big. I went up 1 size in panties just to be safe and they still are too small and just not a good cut. I sent 3 emails about returns and in the third one I told them I was going to do a charge back. Finally they responded, but I am very dubious that this is going to end well. We will see how it plays out and I will post.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
