Since taking this product, I have had much more better digestion and it has certainly curbed my appetite! Any pill that can do both is pretty awesome to me!
I was taking a probiotic before this one but it did not do for me what it was advertised to do so of course I went looking for another one and found Bio X4. I believe I will stay with this one since it is working for me.
I have chronic gastritis which is a inflamed stomach lining and everything bothers it but not anymore. I can pretty much eat whatever I want and I do not have the usual problems at all.
It's a super product and I would recommend it to everyone that has stomach problems. The fact that is curbs my appetite is bonus!
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
