    Copper Chef Cookware

    Poor service

    Overall Experience:

    Ordered my pot back in May 2016. It's July 1st and I still haven't received my pot. However they still charged my card. Called costumer service and they gave me the run around then told me the UPS guy couldn't find the address. But no one ever called me to let me know anything. So I asked to speak to a supervisor but the rep hung up the line, which was very rude.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
