I was quite surprised with the results I received with this product. My metabolism is usually slow to react to such products; however, within a few weeks I started to notice an appreciable difference. My sluggish movements all but disappeared, and aiding my motivation to exercise on a daily basis.
In addition, my daily bowel movements have become more full, rather than sporadic throughout the day, or not being able to go at all.
And, one of the most significant aspects of BIO X4 combined with the motivation to exercise more often, is the fact that I have noticed a weight drop which not only pleases me, it also pleases my VA doctor who treats me for diabetes.
