From 2014 to 2015 I was taking care of both my elderly parents. The whole time I was there I was having serious bowel troubles. I couldn't eat without having to run to the bathroom afterwards. It literally saved my life. I have so much more energy, I'm able to go out and eat and I have noticed that I'm actually loosing weight!
