I have been trying to cut down my craving to eat more than I should and at time overeat and munch on junk food. I am also experiencing flaring up of my acid reflux. When I saw the ad on this product, to help lose weight with natural ingredients and help reduce acid reflux and shape up stomach, I thought I should try and see what happens. I am on my third bottle and I had lost up to 3 lbs so far, with less flaring up of my acid reflux and my stomach is getting smaller.
