    Late Delivery

    Overall Experience:

    I ordered a tasting pack online on 29th January 2015, well ahead by two weeks of Valentines day.

    Their FAQ page says they have an option of expedited shipping by adding shipping cost, which never appeared on the screen in the entire checkout process. I knew there would be a small delay considering it is being shipped form UK to US and also that it is alcohol. But it was a big disappointment when even till this day I haven't received my package. I had to make a lot of changes to the Valentines day plan due to this. The customer care people are very prompt in replying, but they do not do more than tracking the shipment online, which even I can do all the time. I cannot comment on the product as I have not received it yet. I wish I can go back now and just cancel the order and ask for a refund.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
