I was somewhat skeptical when I ordered three jars of Vital Reds from Gundry, M.D. I have been taking one scoop a day for about a month, and I can say that the product is all that Dr. Gundry says it is. I am 67 years old and I have always been enthusiastic about staying fit. I run 2 miles a day on foothill paths, and I work out with weights every third day. Before starting the Vital Reds routine, my energy levels were low and I had a pretty constant lower-back ache and digestive problems. Now, my energy levels are very, very good, my digestion is great and the back problem has disappeared. The only change in my lifestyle during the last month has been the addition of Vital Reds to my routine. I am now a believer. Thank you, Dr. Gundry. Your formula works!
