    OK cream, Fraudulent Billing

    Overall Experience:

After watching the (very long) ad for this company's crepe reducing cream, I decided that it couldn't hurt to give it a try. They sent it, and really, the cream has a nice feel to it. It does NOT change the skin texture, but it goes on smoothly and is a decent moisturizer, so I was going to keep it and not send it back for the promised refund. Well. Imagine my surprise when 30 days after my order, I got an email thanking me for another order of the same stuff, for an amount of $0.00. Even more surprising a second order showed up on my PayPal account, but this one was for another $44.00! The charge is in dispute now. Hopefully, it will be resolved. But I would certainly not recommend doing business with this place!

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Company Response from Beverly Hills MD

      Hi Elizabeth,

I am so sorry to hear that you did not experience the results you were expecting. Everyone's skin is unique, so certain skin types may react differently.

It sounds as if you were accidentally signed up for our inner circle program. I want to assure you that we never automatically bill anyone unless they sign up, and I truly apologize for this confusion. If you email me at samantha@beverlyhills-md.com I will take care of this for you personally.

Thanks Elizabeth, I look forward to making this right.
