Have been taking Vital Reds for about a month now. Wish I would have had a blood test for cholesterol, etc. before I started. Plan to do that soon so I can see if my bad cholesterol drops in the future. I bought a year's supply. Also I love the taste with water and/or pomegranate juice, if I have some.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
