I enjoy using Nucific BIO X4 because it makes me feel like my body is functioning the way it should. The informational news letters are actually really informative and helpful, not to mention motivational to continue using this product and eat healthy. I wasn't looking to lose weight when I ordered this product. I wasn't out of my normal weight bracket. I wanted digestive help so I wouldn't feel bloated or have cravings for things I knew I didn't want to put in my body and this supplement did that for me.
