Today is only the third day that I have taken them I have started feel more energy this evening. The taste is excellent. I was taking another kind when I ordered Vital Reds, I finished taking taking them I couldn't feel any different, so I waited a week & started taking these Vital Reds 3 days ago I can already feel better & more energy. I did not even take my nap this evening. Thank you.
