    Copper Chef Cookware

    Works for us and worth the money.

    Overall Experience:

    A little cautious in the beginning however my lovely wife of 53 years has cooked: thick pork chops, a steak, fried chicken, and a few other items. I cooked blackened Tilapia twice and did not smoke up the kitchen or start and oil fire.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
