    Bit to soon for proper assessment

    Overall Experience:

    Have only been taking for two months. I'm 71 and go to the gym every other day for 2.25 hrs., which includes a 5km run, and can't say I've noticed any difference. My total cholesterol 6 months ago was 6.2 and is now 5.2, but maybe because of dietary change. Need more time I think.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
