I have been taking the VitaPulse for about a little over a month. At first I really didn't notice much of a difference. I think I had more problems that I just hadn't realized. I started doubling up on the VitaPulse and it has shown great progress in how I feel. My heart palpitations have drastically been cut back.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
