    Overall Experience:

    When I viewed the advertising information on Vital Reds, I had to give it a try. I am not 100% holistic but I do try the natural things of the earth before I dive into medicine. I have been wanting to lose weight for a very long time and as I age it hasn't gotten any easier, in fact, it just get harder. With little motivation to keep consistently going to the gym or actually measure my food. (I have yet to measure my food - my downfall.) I decided to purchase Vital Reds.

    I have been taking Vital Reds, a scoop every morning 30 minutes before breakfast. Well I didn't get a jolt, or jump out of my skin with energy. But I did notice I didn't need a nap every day. I noticed I didn't have bloating. I go to the bathroom with ease. And since I decided to take Vital Reds consistently, I told myself I will try to go to the gym consistently or a the very least 3 days a week for one hour. I exercise at least one hour a day 7 days a week. This consists of at least a walk and lifting weights. (I used to run but not for long, most likely because of my weight.) I haven't lost any pounds but I feel I've lost inches especially around my belly. I walk and I do weights throughout the week.

    Thank you, Vital Red for giving me the energy and motivation to keep moving to change my life. I am 55 years with menopause.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
