I am taking Vital Reds powder as directed for only 3 days, 1 spoon for 6oz water. I had palpitations while taking it. I am sure this is side effects or allergy to some ingredients. I never had an allergic reaction to any food before.
I am trying to take for one more week and I will get back to write another review here. Thanks.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
