I have been taking VitaPulse for about 6 weeks and have become aware that I gradually have more stamina. My tennis playing has been faster and better without running out of steam and I can now climb my regular 5 flights of stairs at least once a day without being puffed out.
I have not noticed any negatives except I don't need as much sleep as I used to, and I guess that is not a bad thing.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
