Since I have been taking Vitapulse, I have had more energy and feel better overall. I have run into some issues though. The directions say to take in the morning, and I am notorious for running late and forgetting. I usually try to take any pills I need at night. I finally was getting in the habit when I received an email instructing me to take it with plenty of water. Well, I have to have coffee in the mornings, so this has thrown me off again. By the time I have enough coffee, I've got to rush off to work and forget. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Is it okay to take it in the evening, for instance? I drink plenty of water then. Bottom line: when I manage to take it for several consecutive days, I do feel an increase in energy. I feel motivated and healthy. I just have to figure out how to follow the instructions and make the capsule a daily routine.
