I have been using the board for 30 minutes every day, religiously everyday. I have not experienced any significant weight loss. I have been in the same 7-pound range for three months. I know because I am keeping a daily log. I had hoped this would be a fun routine for losing a few extra pounds. Not so for my efforts.
I do feel like I have a better sense of balance, and maybe a little more flexibility, but no real results for weight loss.
My review is that this product, while fun, does not deliver the weight loss suggested.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
