    Double Charge Double Ship

    Overall Experience:

    I ordered the board, mat, and DVD, received a confirmation of my order, received an email that it was being shipped, then they billed me twice and shipped 2 boards, mats, and DVDs. When I called them they said that it was my problem and that they could not provide me with a credit until they receive the duplicate order back. I have to ship and then once they receive it 5 days later it would still take another 3-5 business days. The rep said sorry nothing I can do, and also had the nerve to say maybe I hit the button twice. I shared I received one confirmation and one order number for one board. The charges created an overdraw on my bank account. Their mistake became my problem. Watch your bank accounts it looks like they are boosting sales through double shipments.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
