I have thoroughly enjoyed my Vital Reds. The taste is superb especially mixed with orange juice. I sometimes find myself trying to lick the bottom of the cup. I do seem to feel more energized, so much so that sometimes, I'm not wanting to go to bed at night. I did not enjoy the probiotic supplement I ordered along with it that was recommended at checkout. The taste and texture were horrible so I'll be returning that particular product, but truthfully that product isn't needed because Vital Reds already had most of the same supplements in it that are needed for a healthy colon. I'm hooked on the Vital Reds so I'll forever be a loyal customer.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
