I bought a the Gothan Steel Pan from a store in my area and was excited to try it. Unfortunately, I was disappointed because I tried cooking chicken in it and then using a knife to cut it, but the blade touched a few spots, and now have scratches on the pan. Also, I cooked eggs in it on another day and they got stuck to the pan.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
