I ordered two of these antennas and found them to be no better than and some worse than the little blue pad antenna I bought at Amazon for a lot less money. I placed one in a Southern exposed window with no obstructions and the other on the East side with same unobstructed view. They both seem to break up the signals unlike the one I got from Amazon which improved reception if I move them slightly. These things only got worse. Guess I charged my credit card over $35.00 for nothing. They simply do not work!
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
