I began my program of Primal Plants (which I received first out of my orders), and made a start of drinking this from the December 1, 2016, right up until today, December 26, 2016 (Boxing Day).

I received my Vital Reds order a week later, and on the December 7, 2016 I started a morning routine of drinks, right up until today, December 26, 2016. It has become a daily routine every morning to have both drinks first thing in the morning.

My first week on Primal Plant I had a weight reduction of 5 kgs, so I went from 82 kgs to 78 kgs, and I noticed my energy had increased.

I am in my fifties, and from a past of heavy physical activities, I had acquired some interesting health issues, which almost impeded on my daily life and rendered to acute, chronic pain and disability.

I had to battle cancer, chemo and then a body imbalance of other conditions that impacted on my physical being and living. I was in a debilitating spiral into becoming a prisoner inside myself (both mentally and physically) with these multiple conditions, and twelve months ago I underwent surgery after being diagnosed with cardiac arrest and required immediate heart surgery, and I had a stent put in.

In November of 2016 I came across an online article and read all the material presented by Dr. Gundry, and I felt that the information applied to me. I decided to make the decision that I needed to improve my health by focusing more on adding hi-antioxidant supplements to my body, which made sense to me. So I ordered the products and routinely take them daily for three weeks, and I am definitely noticing changes occurring in my body,

I love the Primal Plants and Vital Reds products, and friends are commenting on how well I look, and how fit I am looking. I am already reaping the benefits through other people's observations, including my own doctor.
