My wife purchased Vital Reds, and I honestly said "You try this first," as it read too good to be true. So my wife, who is 53 years old, tried it and within two to three days, I started noticing her energy seemed to improve. After a week my daughter, who is 15 years old, started to take it as well, and she seemed less stressed and energetic, and she was sleeping better as well. Same thing with my wife.
I kept thinking, how could a little teaspoon do all of this. I am 58 years old, tired all the time and don't sleep well. So I jumped, in and within a couple of days I felt so good. I was sleeping better, and my energy was amazing.
I missed it one day, and I really yearned for my berry drink. I usually put it in a water bottle, and that works well for me. The taste is good, and you feel good.
