I have a lot more energy now. By the second day, I could notice a difference. I wasn't getting so tired and dragging in the afternoon and needing my daily afternoon nap.
Before I realized, I had gone two full weeks without a nap during the day. That was during the first two weeks of me taking Vital Reds. Sure, I still occasionally want to take a nap once or twice a week now, if I don't get enough sleep the night before.
I started using Vital Reds at the same time when I quit smoking and stopped taking an anti-anxiety medicine that I knew was not good for me. I really think the Reds helped me get through it. This has been a really busy month for me with work and the holidays, and I made it through and had the energy to do it.
The only con of this product for me is that it seems to have made me really gassy. But other than that it's been good.
If you drink the Reds with water, there is a bitter aftertaste. Reminds me of green tea with no sweetener. I started mixing them with four ounces of naked juice smoothie and four ounces of water. It tastes really good with the naked juice, either one of the berry flavors.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
