I have tried the Vital Reds several different ways (mixed in my yogurt, in water as suggested, mixed with my fruit drink) and I would say my favorite is mixed in with my yogurt.
I must say I do feel a good boost of energy with this drink and feel like I should start a gym program now to add to the extra vitality I am feeling. I am looking forward to the long-term effects of the Vital Reds as I am getting my second wind in life, and plan to get in better shape and live a healthier lifestyle.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
