I take Vital Reds every day for more energy, and it does help. I am 67 years old and had two open heart surgeries. I swim one to two miles a day and walk 30 minutes a day. I believe Vital Reds has done its job. I want to continue taking it, my wife and I are trying to add it to our budget. Thank you for your help.
