I have been taking Vital Reds for about a month now. I seem to have more energy, and I am able to focus more clearly at work. In addition, for the last two weeks, my whole household (except for me) has been sick and just can't shake a cold and cough. I attribute this (avoiding getting sick) to a stronger immune system gained from consistently taking my Vital Reds. I am very happy with this purchase and my results.
