I have my Vital Reds with water, a small amount of my pre-workout drink, and a bit of orange juice. I swim in a masters club and gave each one of the team a sample. As a result, they have all ordered some Vital Reds! I should have shares :)
The only thing that makes it a bit prohibitive are the duties and shipping to Canada. Please open a shipping facility in Canada!
