I started taking Vital Reds by Gundry MD on December 10, 2016. I love this product, it's easy to take, has a delicious taste, and the benefits are enormous.
The first thing I noticed was that the wrinkles on my forehead and in between my eyebrows were vanishing, what a great thing! It is fabulous and very encouraging. Then I noticed that my energy levels were increasing. I am a licensed massage therapist, and I need all the help I can get in that department, but I did not want to take caffeine, so Vital Reds are vital in this case. I am more energetic but calm at the same time. I am not as stressed as before, my sleep has improved, and I am really rested in the morning.
So Vital Reds has been a blessing in my life, not to mention all other health benefits of taking a polyphenol blend such as this one. Thanks to Dr. Gundry. I am looking forward to a healthier life with Vital Reds!
