The first thing I would like to say is that my husband went to the doctor and his blood pressure was higher than it had ever been (155). They wanted to put him on medication to get it lowered. We had issues getting the medication, and in the meantime, we had just started Vital Reds.
Fast forward two weeks, and he went back for a recheck, and it was 115! No medication was needed, it was the lowest it had ever been. It has been great as well at giving a slight energy boost and an overall feeling of wellness. It will be our go to in the mornings for the rest of our lives.
