It's been three weeks now since I started taking Vital Reds without a change in diet or medication. I noticed that I don't need sleeping aids anymore, and the pain in my knees (from which I am suffering) had reduced dramatically without pain pill medication as well. I didn't know it would give me this benefit as well, rather than the added energy I'm getting. It's just unbelievable! Thanks to you Dr. Grundy.
