Vital Reds has improved my "sinus tightness" by loosening the mucous in my sinuses. It doesn't give me this "burst of energy," BUT I find myself (at the spur of the moment and very unexpectedly) cleaning areas in my apartment!
I recommended this product to a friend and she now uses Vital Reds. I gave a sample to my sister, and she loved the sample and also purchased Vital Reds.
