I placed an order on 1/15/17 for three bottles. I received an email thanking them for my order of nine bottles!
When I called customer service approximately five minutes later, I got a voicemail. I then proceeded to leave an email stating that I was charged for two additional invoices that I did not order! It is now two days later, and I did not receive any response back, so I called customer service agent Hazel Hernandez, and she told me the order was on its way and that I would have to pay shipping and handling charges on the return!
At this point, I do not want to try the product at all! I am extremely disappointed and feel as though I am being taken advantage of here. Being charged for nine bottles when I ordered three is absolutely absurd. I will be disputing this with PayPal and my bank account. This is a horrible way to treat a customer.
As a cardiothoracic and open-heart transplant nurse, I was extremely excited to try Dr. Gundry's product. However, I will be returning all nine bottles due to the way I was treated by customer service.
Disappointed and frustrated.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
