Prior to starting Vital Reds (about three weeks ago), I was so tired mid-morning (around 10-11 am), that I (more days than not) had to take a nap on the sofa. My normal rising time is around 5-5:30 am. I just assumed I was not getting enough sleep and needed a nap, even though I was getting around 6-7 hours of sleep each night. I have never been a "nap person" until recently, within this past year.
After taking Vital Reds for a couple of days, I realized I was not napping. The only thing that I have changed in my routine is taking the Vital Reds. I am still no ball of fire, but I do have more energy than in the past few months. I am almost 73 years old.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
