I have been taking Nucific BIO X4 for four months and have lost 38 pounds. This includes getting through the holidays, which is no small feat. I really like the appetite suppression quality of Nucific BIO X4. I am not following any specific diet, I am just eating much less of all the foods I love.
Nucific suggests exercise when you start taking their supplement. I have been doing that regularly, so it has also contributed to my weight loss.

Link to this ReviewI began taking BIO X4 the last week of September 2016. I have followed the recommendation to exercise that came with my first bottle. The appetite suppressant has been really good. I am not on any specific diet; I just eat less now. I have lost 50 pounds in a little over six months. In addition, the frequent abdominal pain that I thought was lactose intolerance has disappeared.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
