I drink Vital Reds in water (usually around lunch time) to give me more endurance through the afternoon. I believe it has helped give my body the added nutrients it needs to avoid that afternoon drop in energy I've dealt with for so long.
I'm generally pleased with the flavor, however, it is too sweet! Those of us who are very health-conscious no longer enjoy highly sweet drinks. Watering it down hasn't helped. Please see what you can do. Thank you, Dr. Gundry.
