It's been one month, and I've used one container. It took about a week before I felt a little different.
Then week two and three I had little or no pain in my feet and noticed the afternoon leg and ankle swelling disappeared. I have had peripheral neuropathy for years, and the foot discomfort has reduced by 90%. I also realized that I stopped getting tension headaches. Every morning I mix one scoop of Vital Reds, one scoop of protein powder, a small piece of turmeric root, 8 oz of water, and one ice cube, and blend it all in a mini-blender.
I am looking forward to starting my second container and feel better every day. I have reduced the number of vitamins and supplements I was taking as well.
