    Disappointed

    Overall Experience:

    I babied this pan from first use, and I never used metal instruments. At the beginning it was awesome. Clean up was a breeze. I must admit that I always use a little oil in cooking and did so when I used this pan. The eggs always came out perfect and slid out of the pan. I did notice that when I cooked sausages or fast-fry beef strips, that it stuck in the middle of the pan, but the side edges seemed to be ok.

    I finally tried the pan without oil for eggs, and boy what a disappointment! You could see right away that it was sticking and I had to scrape the egg to turn it over. I thought that I had done something wrong, but after reading reviews of the pan, I now understand that it was not something I did, but it was the pan not being up to the standards that it was described to be.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
