I drink Vital Reds daily, and I love the taste when I make it as a hot drink. I have plenty of energy now, and friends have told me that I look better. I have been working on weight loss and am not seeing a quick response; however, I am more interested in cholesterol and Lp(a) reduction. I will have tests for this in about three weeks, so we shall see.
I did have a repeat on glucose tests the other day as they have been elevated, and I was surprised to see that they had gone down.
I have a high calcium cardiac risk score. I won't know if this and my medications have helped on that for at least a year. The plaque build up is something Dr. Guidry claims to help with this product. We shall see. It doesn't hurt. A lot of products make my heart race; this does nothing but make me feel better, so that is good.
So far, so good.
